Beaujolais (red)
Many say to avoid drinking a red with blue cheese because the combination creates a metallic taste on the palate. That's probably true for heavier reds such as Rioja and Shiraz; however with a light Beaujolais it's a very different story. The combination is exquisite, try it for yourself!
