Castello - 'Try me free' terms and conditions.

  • 1. Purchase necessary. Only one single claim per household. No bulk or third party applications will be accepted.
  • 2. This promotion is open to residents of Great Britain and Northern Ireland only, except employees of ARLA Foods, their families, agencies or any other persons directly connected with the promotion.
  • 3. Entrants must be 16 years or over at the time of entry.
  • 4. This promotion is available on special promotional packs of 150g Castello, subject to availability.
  • 5. To receive your refund, simply send your till receipt within 30 days of purchase and enclose the ‘Try me Free’ label from promotional packs plus a plain piece of paper stating (in block capital letters) your name, date of birth, address, county and postcode then post them to : Castello offer, PO Box 254, Chipping Norton, OX7 9BU.
  • 6. All refunds will be made by cheque or postal order, payable to the person named on the application. Allow up to 28 days for receipt of cheque refunded.
  • 7. Promotion closes 31/09/08.
  • 8. No responsibility will be accepted for applications lost or damaged or delayed in the post. Proof of posting cannot be accepted as proof of delivery.
  • 9. Maximum of one single claim per household. No bulk or third party applications will be accepted. Any information provided will be processed in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998.
  • 10. Any claims that do not meet the specific requirements will not be processed.
  • 11. By entering this promotion all participants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by the rules. All entry instructions and terms and conditions form part of the rules.
  • 12. Please print and retain a copy of these terms and conditions for your reference.
  • 13. Entries will become the property of the Promoter and will not be returned.
  • 14. If there is any reason to believe that there has been a breach of these Terms and Conditions, or the spirit of the promotion, the Promoter may, at its sole discretion, refuse to process a claim. The Promoter will be the final arbiter in any decisions and these will be final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into.
